About

I've spent the last 5+ years building and running operational programs that help teams perform at scale. Most recently, I own the full "nesting" program at Ignition—the critical bridge between training and production for new call-center agents. That means designing frameworks, coaching SMEs, building performance dashboards, and using data to drive retention and productivity improvements.

Here's what I realized: the best Program Managers in tech don't just understand people and process—they understand systems and infrastructure. So I'm building those skills, starting with AWS. This site is my first public cloud project: hosted on S3, delivered via CloudFront, secured with ACM, and wired to a custom domain I manage end-to-end. It's proof I can learn fast and apply technical concepts to real problems.

My goal? Become a Technical Program Manager who bridges operational thinking with cloud infrastructure—someone who can scope technical work, speak fluently with engineers, and build systems that scale teams and products.

Nesting Program Manager

Ignition (formerly Red Ventures) · Remote

August 2023 – Present

Own the end-to-end onboarding and enablement program bridging training to production for 30-40 new hires per quarter. Design coaching frameworks, train SMEs on performance management, and build dashboards tracking conversion, security attach, utilities, and attrition risk across multiple cohorts.

Key impact: Improved retention 3% through data-driven interventions, process optimization, and structured coaching methodology. Led team to 25% weighted conversion rate through performance framework design.

Sales Performance Manager & Team Lead

Red Ventures · Remote

June 2018 – August 2023

Managed strategic operations and performance analytics for high-volume sales organization. Led training and development for 100+ professionals, established coaching methodologies, and drove continuous improvement through KPI analysis and business trend identification. Progressed from top-performing individual contributor to team lead to performance manager.

Key impact: Drove $11.3M revenue (122% to quota, FY20) and $9M revenue (104% to quota, FY19). Ranked top 5 in sales performance, selected as international trainer, and recognized as Gem Award recipient for sales leadership.

Technical Work

Hands-on AWS and cloud infrastructure projects demonstrating operational thinking applied to technical systems. Each project tackles real-world problems around automation, cost optimization, and deployment workflows.

AWS Static Site Infrastructure

✓ Deployed

AWS S3 • CloudFront • Route 53 • ACM • IAM

End-to-end deployment of a production static site using AWS managed services. Demonstrates understanding of cloud architecture tradeoffs, secure access controls, and operational considerations like caching, SSL/TLS, and DNS routing.

  • Configured S3 bucket with static website hosting and public read policies
  • Provisioned CloudFront distribution with custom domain, SSL certificate (ACM), and optimized caching behavior for global performance
  • Implemented secure IAM-based CLI access using non-root credentials on Linux Mint
  • Managed DNS routing via Namecheap with proper A/CNAME records pointing to CloudFront
  • Documented deployment workflow for repeatability and knowledge transfer

S3 Automated Backup System

🚧 In Progress

Python • boto3 • S3 • IAM • Scheduled Tasks

Building a Python-based automation script that backs up local files to S3 on a scheduled basis. Focuses on understanding S3 APIs, IAM permission scoping, error handling, and operational reliability.

  • Python script using boto3 SDK to programmatically upload files to S3
  • IAM role and policy design following least-privilege principles
  • Scheduled execution using cron (Linux) with logging and error notifications
  • Cost-aware design: lifecycle policies for object transitions and expiration

CloudFront Cost Analysis Dashboard

📋 Planned

AWS CLI • CloudWatch • Python • Data Visualization

Script-based dashboard that pulls CloudFront usage metrics and cost data from AWS, then generates a report showing traffic patterns, cache hit rates, and cost breakdowns. Demonstrates operational cost awareness and data-driven decision making.

  • Query CloudWatch metrics via AWS CLI for CloudFront distribution analytics
  • Parse and visualize cache hit ratio, request volume, and bandwidth usage
  • Map metrics to AWS pricing model for cost projection and optimization recommendations
  • Generate executive-ready report format showing operational health and cost efficiency

Static Site CI/CD Pipeline

📋 Planned

GitHub Actions • S3 • CloudFront • Infrastructure as Code

Automated deployment pipeline that syncs code changes from GitHub to S3 and invalidates CloudFront cache on commit. Moves from manual deployment to repeatable, version-controlled infrastructure workflow.

  • GitHub Actions workflow triggered on push to main branch
  • Automated S3 sync with proper IAM credentials stored as GitHub secrets
  • CloudFront cache invalidation to ensure immediate content updates
  • Build validation and rollback strategy for failed deployments

Certifications

  • CompTIA Security+ Active
  • AWS Certified AI Practitioner (AIF-C01) In Progress
